F45 Tower Bridge is progressing to the next stage with F45 Ultimate as restrictions continue to ease. We continue to evolve our studio operations with a phased return in line with government guidance & regulations. You can prepare and make the most of your training with us by reviewing the following changes to in-studio sessions after 17 May. WHAT IS F45 ULTIMATE?
Introducing F45 Ultimate, the next stage of workouts as restrictions continue to ease. Bye bye boxes. Team Training is back. Movement around the studio is back. Coaching is back. All your favourite Trainers are back! We return to team training at exercise stations, still with focus on reducing movement around the studio. There will be no laps of pods or the room. Movement is only between each station once you've finished all your sets. You will complete all working sets in a row at each station and be given an extended rest period after the last working set to allow you to properly clean and sanitise your equipment for the next member before moving onto the next station. We've increased session capacity (from 20 to 27) so we can provide more availability at your preferred training times. Revised floor line markers are in place to help provide guidance on social distancing.
HOW IT WORKS
STAY SOCIALLY DISTANCED
You will be allocated a station number on entry, proceed to the exercise station. We continue to operate under strict limited capacity. As workouts vary, there will be no more that 2-3 per station. Revised marked lines will provide guidance on boundaries however a little common sense will prevail.
COMPLETE WORKING SETS
F45 Ultimate is a return to the same results driven workouts you know and love. Team training is back, alongside your fellow members, everyone will complete the same daily workout in a follow the leader station circuit. You will complete all the working sets at every station.
SANITISE, WIPE & TIDY
We've extended rest time between stations to give your equipment a quick spray & wipe using the sanitiser & towels provided. It's also helpful for the next member to tidy your weights as you found them. This is in addition to our enhanced sanitisation practices between sessions.
MOVE TO NEXT STATION
Once you have sanitised your equipment, move to the next station in sequential and ascending order. If you are at the last numbered station of the daily workout (9, 12, 14 or 27), follow the marked RED LINE to cross the studio to Station 1 on the reception side once you've completed your working sets.

OPEN AIR VENTILATION
We are no average basement studio, positioned on the ground floor we are light, bright and open aired, with more ventilation. Full height sliding doors provide more fresh air flow. Along with non circulating mechanical ventilation, a direct air extraction shaft into the studio plus one-way air conditioning, you'll instantly feel you're training in a well-vented space during Covid.

Is working out a little intimidating? We make sure everyone is welcome. Our friendly team of trainers will keep you energised. Our fitness family will keep you motivated. Team training is a motivating vibe that will push you to new limits. We promote an inclusive vibe, you don't need to be an athlete to train with us and beginners are welcome. No egos here.
COVID SAFE PRACTICES
We've enhanced and increased our sanitisation and deep cleaning practices and frequency during Covid. Automated Hand Sanitsers are located throughout, all equipment is sanitised and disinfected between sessions with with a Fogging Nebulizer Atomizer Spray Machine and our floors are scrubbed with a Truvox Multi-wash Disinfectant Floor Scrubber.

To start training, create a profile, log-in and purchase a training pass via the direct links to our online store. When creating a profile, you can use the same log-in and password credentials created on the desktop and F45 Training App to book and manage your profile. Be sure to select 'Tower Bridge' before registering your profile and purchasing. Once you're in, review our 12 step check list below to prepare for your first visit.
If you are a returning member, log in using the same credentials originally registered (use forgot password) or reach out to Adam via Whats App +447479013235. If you have trained at another F45 you still need to create a new profile with Tower Bridge and transact.

Log in, manage your profile and book your sessions using the F45 App. You can also purchase any of our training passes if you haven't already. You'll be required to register a profile and sign our exercise waiver prior to purchase.

Every day is a different workout focus so you can train unlimited. We target different muscle groups and styles of workouts throughout the week so no workout is ever the same. We suggest you aim for 4-5 session as week.
Make a Booking
You must book to join a session and guarantee your place. During Covid times, booking slots are released 48 hours in advance. Walk-ins may not be accomodated. Review booking rules and fees HERE
Commit or Cancel
Sesion availability is LIVE, book with intention or cancel outside the late cancellation window of 12 hours prior start so your fellow members can train at thier preferred times. During Covid, we do not operate a waitlist.
Your First Time?
Arrive 5 mins earlier for a quick hi and show through. Even if you've experienced F45 before, no two studios are created equally and you'll benefit from familiarising yourself. We'll take a quick profile pic before we begin.
On Arrival & Bicycles
Be on time to guarantee your place. Wait outside before class and observe the one way entry and exit if instructed. There is a sheltered area & cycle racks at the front door of the studio. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Turn up Gym Ready to Go
Bring a sweat towel. No towel, no train. Bring a water bottle, for filtered water refills. Both available for purchase at reception on request. Sweat towels £5. Water Bottles £12. Leave bags/kit in changerooms or along studio windows.
Changerooms & Toilets
Toilets available for use. Use changerooms only if absolutely necessary during Covid times. Max 3 per changeroom. Complimentary shower towels, toiletries, hair dryers & straighteners available on request.
On entry, we'll check your booking and give you an exercise station number to begin at. Sanitise your hands first and go to the station number & standby for the introduction. Station numbers are marked blue discs located on the floor.
Introduction, Demonstrations & Warm Up
Listen at the start of the session, our trainers will introduce the workout, demonstrate the exercises. Don't worry if you forget everything, the numbered exercise and demo also appears on the TV screen in front of you.
Injuries and Exercise Modifications
F45 is for everyone. If you have an injury, are new to it or require an alternative exercise, grab one of our trainers. Don't be shy, we are here to help! We offer regressions and modifications for every single exercise.
At The End
Leave your station equipment tidy and sanitised. During Covid times, we skip the group cool down however feel free to have a quick stretch at the end of the session. Exit the studio observing social distancing and when instructed.

NEW WORKOUT CALENDAR & SCHEDULE
The F45 Workout Calendar as we know has changed! The restructuring now incorporates targeted body work including core, upper and lower body, more hybrid (combination workouts), still with no workout the same and named workouts now changing fortnightly. Expect the enhanced calendar delivering more challenging workouts, even more variety and no repetition. F45 is designed to tackle 4-5 times a week for best results, so get booking! Remember, during Covid bookings are open with LIVE availability 48 hours out from start. Peak hour classes are generally 06:50/07:40 + Saturday and be sure to commit or cancel outside the late cancel window. This schedule is subject to change without notice.

WHAT IS F45 TRAINING?
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. All levels of fitness can do F45.

Located City-side of Tower Bridge, 150m from Tower Hill Tube and Tower Gateway DLR. Positioned on the outside of International House. From Lobby Entrance, walk 20m along the pathway away from Thames, we are located on the right just before Cote Restaurant and directly opposite Tower of London.

Updated booking rules and fees have been revised for operations under COVID-19 restrictions and may subject to change. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any changes. A Member can book classes via the F45 Tower Bridge Booking App available on Android or iPhone. Select 'Tower Bridge' as your studio and create a personal account. Bookings can be made 48 hours in advance and work on a first come first serve basis. It is a member's responsibility to book, cancel and manage their bookings in accordance to the terms in this agreement. Fees will apply for "Late Cancels" and "No Shows". Please see 1.1 for further information. There is NO waitlist.
1.1 Booking Rules and Penalty Fees
All members must make advance bookings to secure a place in accordance with the Government Guidelines on safe operations of a Covid-19 secure studio. As a member of F45 Tower Bridge you agree to our Booking Rules & Penalty Fees that are in place. These are in place for the fairness to all members and business operations. F45 Tower Bridge operates a zero-grace policy on all no-shows and late cancellations booked by yourself. All Fees are automated and apply to no-shows and late cancellations. All fees are automatically charged by credit card. The late cancel window is 12 hours prior to the published scheduled start time. You must cancel outside of the late cancellation window to avoid a 'late cancel fee' of £10. If you booked and do not show by the published start time a 'No Show Fee' will apply of £20. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after the published start time, your spot may be given to a member on standby or turned away due to safety reasons. Bookings can be made up until 30 minutes prior to the published start time. If you do not book via the booking App, F45 Tower Bridge cannot guarantee your place. Walk-in cannot be accepted. Check-in will be done by F45 Tower Bridge Staff to minimise touch points. Any fee that is declined may suspend your ability to book classes. All reasonable effort will be made to communicate this to you.
