WHAT IS F45 TRAINING?
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. We are a global fitness community specialising in innovative workouts that are fast, fun and proven to get rapid results for members.
FUNCTIONAL HIIT
F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. All levels of fitness can do F45.
TEAM TRAINING
The team mentality at F45 Training helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude.
45 MINUTES
F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 700 calories per 45-minute session. Proven training method to quickly burn fat and build lean muscle.
NO WORKOUT THE SAME
32+ different High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based programs. Choose from Strength, Cardio and Hybrid Classes. No two are the same. Never gets boring!
INNOVATION
Every session is led by our professional trainers who are on hand to motivate, guide movement and technique. Individual exercises and timers for each workout appear on TV screens that act as an additional aid throughout your guided workout every step of the way.
DETAILS MATTER
The training aspect of F45 is obviously key, but we recognise the entire member experience needs to be on point from beginning to end, right down to presentation and wanting to know your name. Changerooms, Toiletries, Blow Dry, Straighters available.
RESULTS BASED
In/Out in 45 mins provide a timing structure to maximize our members' growth and progress in the most efficient of time providing a challenging workout for our members that's designed to tackle 5-6 times a week. You don't have to be an athlete to train with us!

OPEN AIR VENTILATION
We are no average basement studio, positioned on the ground floor we are light, bright and open aired with more ventilation. Full height sliding doors provide more fresh air flow. In addition to non-circulating mechanical ventilation, air extraction plus one-way air conditioning, you'll instantly feel you're training in a well-vented space during Covid.

SANITISATION
We've enhanced studio sanitisation, deep cleaning practices and frequency during Covid. Disinfect your hands when you first enter. Automated Hand Sanitsers are located throughout the studio, all equipment is sanitised and disinfected between sessions and our floors are washed with a Truvox Multi-wash Disinfectant Floor Scrubber.

WIPE & TIDY
After every last working set, Member ettiquette is to quickly wipe down equipment free of sweat. If you're working on a matt, place a sweat towel down. Place all equipment and weights back into the same starting position so the next member can readily and easily access. Please don't slam or drop any weights.

7 DAY CLASS SCHEDULE
The F45 Workout Calendar changes every day and month and incorporates targeted body work including core, upper & lower body and hybrid combination workouts. Every day has a different focus with different exercises, so no workout is ever the same. Expect challenging workouts, variety and no repetition. F45 is designed to tackle daily, you can train 7 days but our suggestion is 4-5 times a week for best results. And we're open 7 days a week giving you more flexible options. The home of nutrition and tracking for your 8 Week Challenge. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or improve your overall fitness, the Challenge portal is here to guide you every step of the way. In conjunction with your F45 workouts, our meal plans are designed to take the guesswork out of your nutrition, providing a daily menu so that you know exactly what you are eating each week and what you have to prepare for. And if you can't make an in-studio workout, with a linked F45 Tower Bridge membership, you can access all our at-home workouts too. You must register a separate account on the Challenge Portal using the same email as your F45 member profile (this is the email you purchased membership and make bookings with).

BOOK FIRST BODY SCAN [BEFORE CHALLENGE]
Our in-studio Accuniq BC380 Body Composition Scanner is the starting point to your Challenge journey. Key Measurements help define your goals, track progress and are a big source of accountability over the 8 week period to drive you to results. As a starting point, we chat 1-2-1 about your goals, answer questions and give guidance to achieve best results. Appointments are 10mins and are bookable on specific days directly prior to Challenge beginning. Two Scans [Before + After] are an additional £20 one-off payment. If your scans are included in your membership and have a promo code, enter it on check out. Log in with your F45 Member Account to make an appointment.

Throughout the challenge, some meals and snacks require protein powder. We choose Natural Fitness Food Chocolate or Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder (1kg) as our preferred option. It's a clean protein, that does not bloat and tastes so good! Per 35g serving - 136 Calories; 22g Protein; 9.8g Carbs; 0.8g Fat. TIME POOR? CHALLENGE READY MEALS.
We understand that meal preparation can be challenging for those who are time poor. But this shouldn't prevent you from achieving your fitness goals. With a little more investment, your nutrition is covered. Challenge Meals give you the high-quality nutrition you need to power through your long days and F45 sessions. Everything is delivered straight to your door for added convenience. We partner with Fresh Fitness Food, chat with Adam to be referred to our FFF dedicated nutritionist. Challenge meals are available for part or all of the Challenge and we extend all our members discount codes.
SORE? SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
We have an in-house massage therapist who comes into the studio by appointment. Help maintain muscle flexibility, alleviate tightness, reduce aches, pains, improves performance and aid sleep. Great to complement and support the increased intensity of your physical movement through F45 workouts. Pete comes with a wealth of experience, trained in multiple massage disciplines, is familiar with muscular issues that can occur and works with elite sports professionals. BTW, he's also a member! Whats App Pete, he's always up for a chat.

We promote a friendly and safe space, free of judgement and big on motivation. Come armed with a friendly attitude and a can-do approach, you will smash your goals within a motivating vibe. F45 Tower Bridge Booking Rules [Covid-19]
1. Booking Workouts

Updated booking rules and fees have been revised for operations under COVID-19 restrictions and may subject to change. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any changes. A Member can book classes via the F45 Tower Bridge Booking App available on Android or iPhone. Select 'Tower Bridge' as your studio and create a personal account. Bookings can be made 48 hours in advance and work on a first come first serve basis. It is a member's responsibility to book, cancel and manage their bookings in accordance to the terms in this agreement. Fees will apply for "Late Cancels" and "No Shows". Please see 1.1 for further information. There is NO waitlist.

1.1 Booking Rules and Penalty Fees

All members must make advance bookings to secure a place in accordance with the Government Guidelines on safe operations of a Covid-19 secure studio. As a member of F45 Tower Bridge you agree to our Booking Rules & Penalty Fees that are in place. These are in place for the fairness to all members and business operations. F45 Tower Bridge operates a zero-grace policy on all no-shows and late cancellations booked by yourself. All Fees are automated and apply to no-shows and late cancellations. All fees are automatically charged by credit card. The late cancel window is 12 hours prior to the published scheduled start time. You must cancel outside of the late cancellation window to avoid a 'late cancel fee' of £10. If you booked and do not show by the published start time a 'No Show Fee' will apply of £20. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after the published start time, your spot may be given to a member on standby or turned away due to safety reasons. Bookings can be made up until 30 minutes prior to the published start time. If you do not book via the booking App, F45 Tower Bridge cannot guarantee your place. Walk-in cannot be accepted. Check-in will be done by F45 Tower Bridge Staff to minimise touch points. Any fee that is declined may suspend your ability to book classes. All reasonable effort will be made to communicate this to you.

I authorise my credit card on file to be automatically charge. Memberships can be suspended with a 7 day notice period. Suspensions cannot be back dated or divided over several months. Pro-rata suspensions are not allowed (i.e. outside of the normal monthly billing cycle) All cancellations must be requested on the members cancellation form 30 days' notice prior to your next monthly membership payment. An exit fee does not apply to Sickness or Injury resulting in not being able to use your membership. A Doctors or Medical certificate must be presented. Failure to provide this will result in the 30 days' notice before your next monthly membership payment.
